Not Dead Yet
Oct. 25th, 2010 10:27 amJust working every day on the elections. So the mornings are spent trying to redo the damage the boys did the night before and have Connor completely ready for school, then going to work coming home and frantically getting dinner ready then spending a bit of time with the boys before they go to bed. Rinse, repeat. I've had some fun things happen with the elections which I need to detail soon. Highlights include the computer being confused with birth dates pre 1940 (which I'm 99.999% sure is a Microsoft error) and the 200 year old voter (at least according to the computer!)
This weekend we had fun catching up. We switched out the boys clothes so the stuff I've been slowly building for Connor's next size is in his drawer and Connor's old clothes are now in Ian's drawers. Ian is now a size 4 and Connor is wearing 5-6. Which means Ian surpassing Connor is going to happen sooner than I think probably. Scary. The boys also helped me do a bunch of baking.
Then yesterday after church we went down to Provo and spent time with Bruce's parents and his brother Sean and his family and his sister Zan who was visiting from North Carolina. It's always good to see Zan she is fantastic. After that we made a quick stop at Ross & Nora's house to drop them off some cookies and homemade pretzels and to say hi to Celeste. It was great to see them. They are coming up on Saturday to go to our trunk or treat with us and maybe some trick or treating too before heading back down to their ward's trunk or treat. They are so cute, since Celeste is going to be a lobster they are trying to put together fisherman costumes. How adorable are they?
Michelle gets back from her conference today I think, can't wait to see her. Hope she had a blast, she was actually at a conference in, wait for it, Portland! Can you believe it? I'm so jealous!!! Anyway, hope everyone has a great week!!!
